Dana was incredible. She was always available to help no matter what time of day, or how complicated a problem. She put our interests above whatever else was happening in the moment. Everything was done quickly, correctly and without additional prompts -- we never had to follow up with her on a single thing throughout the entire process. Moreover, she's a great person. Buying a home is lot easier when your agent is someone you could have been friends with. It was a relief to have her as our backstop; we trusted her, and she delivered. In a competitive industry, I really believe Dana is the best of the best.
