As a professional moving my family of 5 from another state, I didn't have a lot of time to be locally present. Judy's team was exceptionally flexible in finding ways for us to participate in the house hunting process from a distance. When the first house we liked sold 1 day after listing, they found out what we liked about it, and set out to find something that met the same criteria. There was nothing quite like it available at the time, but they pointed us to a home that had been for sale which was presently off the market, and walked us through every step of the home buying process seamlessly. It was just what we were looking for, and within our budget. Judy and her team (we primarily worked with Danielle) understood the peculiarities of the local market in ways that helped us to get a great house that we love. After the sale was complete, they continued to provide excellent service, making sure that thermostats were set appropriately while the house was empty, and proactively mailing another copy of the documents we would need at tax time, just in case we had lost them in the process of moving.

We recently relocated to Hummelstown from out of state and worked with Judy and Danielle to purchase a wonderful home. Judy was available and patient during our whirlwind 2-day trip to look at as many houses as possible. We were able to find a great house during this trip. As we headed towards settlement Danielle helped us make sure all of the necessary details were taken care of for a smooth transaction.
